GBThe company is extremely unresponsive The company is extremely unresponsive, the original email I received said the lamp would ship out in 72 hours but it did not. I've been attempting to contact them for 3 days, but no one responds to the email link, and the phone number goes no where. Abysmal communication. EDIT 02/03: I messaged them on 02/01 to finally just cancel my order. Instead, on 02/03, they respond and say it was shipped today. It has taken a month for this thing just to ship out, and when I asked that it be cancelled, they completely ignored me and sent it anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

IEThis company took my order on November… This company took my order on November 24th and said delivery was stated as 5 business days, I received confirmation of same for delivery. However it sat with the postal company for a month.... because it was coming from China! Nothing but fob offs from customer service. It's been 5 weeks since I ordered and it wont be here for Christmas... Just order off aliexpress at least you know what you are getting.

GBOrdered this on December 16 Ordered this on December 16. My account was billed on the 16th but it was not shipped until the 26th. Tracking information only shows activity as of Dec. 27 and it appears to still be in China. As of January 25th it still has not arrived. Sent e-mails to the company but all they said was that "it should be delivered very soon." That was 4 days ago. When I ordered this online, their website offered 12-15 days for delivery.
