CA41 days since order, still haven’t received. No refund Ordered December 7th and chose 12-15day shipping. It’s January 17th now and I still haven’t received anything. Original tracking number still says It’s in China. It was a gift for Christmas so I contacted contacted them and they told me to wait. Contacted again on the 30th as the tracking still showed it in China and asked to cancel the order. They gave me a different tracking number which seems to show it being shipped On the 27th(when I’m supposed to be receiving it). Asked if this is a mistake or why it was sent this way. They didn’t respond. Told them I no longer want it and asked for my money back 3 times since. The first 2 times they just responded saying it’s on it’s way. Never responded the last time. Customer service phone number doesn’t work. Bill clearly states 12-15 business day delivery. Website is not clear where it’s shipping from.

NLSeveral issues that were solved in the end. I ordered the levitating moon lamp and it was delivered to my house as expected. It took some tries to make the lamp levitate, but I got it going. After a few days the lamp stopped responding when I pressed the button to go to the next setting. After contacting the manufacturer, and showing a video of the lamp malfunctioning I received a new base. so far so good, but with the new base the lamp was also malfunctioning. I could change the setting, but it would automatically go back to setting 1 after a few minutes. Again I contacted the manufacturer, sending them a new video and now they state "the lamp might change setting if it's on for a long time". I don't want it to change setting, it's a night lamp for my kids and the default setting is like a disco. Next to this it doesn't happen after a long time, as shown in the video it happens after a couple of seconds! I explained this again, no response whatsoever. Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by the manufacturer and they gave me my money back! So in the end, I'm not unhappy anymore.

GBGreat acquisition Unlike some others, my experience has been excellent. My 24cm globe arrived quicker than expected in the run-up to Christmas 2020. I am delighted with the globe. I am a keen moonwatcher, and I am confident that the detail and accuracy is much better than cheaper imitations.
