The company is extremely unresponsive The company is extremely unresponsive, the original email I received said the lamp would ship out in 72 hours but it did not. I've been attempting to contact them for 3 days, but no one responds to the email link, and the phone number goes no where. Abysmal communication. EDIT 02/03: I messaged them on 02/01 to finally just cancel my order. Instead, on 02/03, they respond and say it was shipped today. It has taken a month for this thing just to ship out, and when I asked that it be cancelled, they completely ignored me and sent it anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

All in all a really positive All in all a really positive experience. The product was delivered late but this wasn't at the fault of anyone but the team was incredibly responsive and I got the product. The product itself is incredibly beautiful and the pictures really dont do it justice. You will love it when you see it person. Also the build seems be to really good - I've dropped it on hard floor and it didnt crack. Would recommend.

Several issues that were solved in the end. I ordered the levitating moon lamp and it was delivered to my house as expected. It took some tries to make the lamp levitate, but I got it going. After a few days the lamp stopped responding when I pressed the button to go to the next setting. After contacting the manufacturer, and showing a video of the lamp malfunctioning I received a new base. so far so good, but with the new base the lamp was also malfunctioning. I could change the setting, but it would automatically go back to setting 1 after a few minutes. Again I contacted the manufacturer, sending them a new video and now they state "the lamp might change setting if it's on for a long time". I don't want it to change setting, it's a night lamp for my kids and the default setting is like a disco. Next to this it doesn't happen after a long time, as shown in the video it happens after a couple of seconds! I explained this again, no response whatsoever. Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by the manufacturer and they gave me my money back! So in the end, I'm not unhappy anymore.

Great acquisition Unlike some others, my experience has been excellent. My 24cm globe arrived quicker than expected in the run-up to Christmas 2020. I am delighted with the globe. I am a keen moonwatcher, and I am confident that the detail and accuracy is much better than cheaper imitations.

The quality is awesome,and the lamps are beyond beautiful! There were difficulties about shipping to my location because of the situation with covid pandemic,but the customer service did a most amazing job,showed the max amount of kindness and patience and together we easily figured out an alternative way of getting the lamps delivered. Shipping to alternate location went perfectly smooth and the lamps arrived in perfect condition,well packed and everything perfectly fitted the description.
