GB5 Star Experience I finally ordered the mirror that I’ve been wanting! It came fast, it was BEAUTIFUL and well made but had a small chip in it. I sent an email right away and they had another one out to me instantly. The replacement showed up two calendar days later and I have never had that kind of customer service with any type of home furnishings before. I am so so happy and I really appreciate that they fixed the problem so quickly!!

GBWorst experience Worst experience! They first told me they apologized for allowing me to order three Riley mirrors because they only had one. Then they sent two Sabrina floor length mirrors instead. Ok. The Riley showed up with only one screw in the kickstand and it was dangling off, then the two Sabrina’s arrive the next business day shattered and they somehow managed to imply that they were so confused how that happened and they aren’t sending two more, wasn’t even an option. Insanity.

GBI got a broken mirror & still no replacement after a week with no replay from customer service I got a broken mirror. Eric Gu finally responded to my email, after I sent two emails & left a voicemail at number provided which no one answers, to ask if I wanted a replacement & now he hasn’t responded to my last 5 emails saying yes, please send replacement. I need this resolved ASAP. Very disappointing & I am out almost $500.

GBThe mirror broke in mail and never… The mirror broke in mail and never arrived. Wish they reached out to me about it but they were unaware. Customer service was good when I reached out. Sent a replacement. Beautiful mirror.
