GBDamaged Item I ordered a mirror which arrived with multiple holes punctured through the box. As a result of this, the mirror was broken before I even opened the box. I started to open it and noticed small pieces of glass coming out of the bottom of the box, so I didn't even bother fully unpacking. I reached out immediately for a refund and still haven't heard back.

GBMirror completely SHATTERED My oversized mirror was completely shattered upon opening the box. The box was slightly damaged, but the packing should have been done much better to prevent breaking. So so disappointing & customer service has been a pain to get in contact with. Seems as though the phone number listed is ringing directly to someone’s cellphone bc I can leave a voicemail (strange). I’m currently waiting on the company to respond to my email about hopefully replacing it.

GBI got a broken mirror & still no replacement after a week with no replay from customer service I got a broken mirror. Eric Gu finally responded to my email, after I sent two emails & left a voicemail at number provided which no one answers, to ask if I wanted a replacement & now he hasn’t responded to my last 5 emails saying yes, please send replacement. I need this resolved ASAP. Very disappointing & I am out almost $500.
