When she said it would get done, it got done and then some. I had several issues and each was resolved and all with a smile. She certainly is an issue to GLB and I think she deserves and has earned a raise!!

The bed itself was very poor The bed itself was very poor, unfortunately! Looked beautiful but the wrong size slats were sent and a couple of pieces of wood were warped so we returned it! Customer service team, especially Ellie, were excellent. We sent photos and they immediately agreed to a refund. We would have been very happy to keep this bed and recommend it if only it had been properly inspected before shipping to the USA.

Awesome customer service I have yet to receive the bed but the experience with orering has been superb. They are very responsive, answered all my questions. I made a mistake with the order and they sorted it out very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Great packaging and finish quality Great packaging and finish quality. Luckily I am not intimidated by assembly. Given this was biscuit alignment and mortise tenon joints with domino's it was straight forward. However, side rail assembly was a bit tricky and must be done by 2 or more people. All in all a great product that arrived early and with no damage.
