The package came in 7 boxes, very easy to assemble, specially love the locking system enhanced by screws. Our bedroom is beautifully transformed just by adding this new member furniture in our home. They have great products and I wish they expand into other furniture areas and not just beds.

Great packaging and finish quality Great packaging and finish quality. Luckily I am not intimidated by assembly. Given this was biscuit alignment and mortise tenon joints with domino's it was straight forward. However, side rail assembly was a bit tricky and must be done by 2 or more people. All in all a great product that arrived early and with no damage.

Excellent quality My new beds are sturdy, sleek and stylish. Ordering was simple any questions I had the staff at Get laid beds quickly and politely helped settle. My husband who put together the beds felt the instructions were a bit lacking and not specific to our particular bed. Overall this has been a five star experience.

Missing Hardware The bed is OK, but for the price I expected better. However, only 18 of 90 (20%) of the screws and screw cups were delivered. I was offered next day delivery for the missing hardware, which meant completion of my son's bedroom would be delayed (bearing in mind everything was timed for during school half term), or I could purchase the hardware myself up to the value of £10. Because there was so many missing, the hardware cost ~£15 and additional compensation has been declined. So, I recommend you don't plan to build any Get Laid Beds product on the day of delivery, or, be prepared for a trip to screwfix and some unexpected costs, frustration and admin.

Honoured its Guarantee with zero fuss I bought a bed 3 years ago, solid, high quality, looked great. Unfortunately after 3 years one piece of wood snapped. I sent a photo to them on email and they immediately arranged for a delivery and installation of a replacement part with zero effort and zero cost to me.
