Beautiful rugs We spent months trying to find the right rug for our bedroom, and when we received our sample of the Park rug in Dusty White, we knew we'd found the perfect one. The color brings warmth to our space, and we love that it’s made from natural fibers—the wool is so soft! The experience was seamless from start to finish and delivery was fast.

Poor quality and terrible customer service I ordered two runners from Nordic Knots. The first one was good and then I received the second one which was crooked, extremely cheap looking with loose knots and threads all over. But the real frustration started when I wanted to return it, they took 1 week to send me the return label and issued the refund 2 weeks after they received the rug and deducted a "restocking fee" for a defective item. They will never get my business again.

On top of that, their customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The service is great not only when it comes to receiving the products but also in returns, and I find this to be a very important thing in a company. As a whole my experience with this company was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful rug and great customer service I recently bought a rug from Nordic Knots. Customer service is great. I actually ordered a rug but changed my mind within a day. They were very helpful and I was able to cancel my order and order a new one. In the meantime I received my rug. It's beautiful, just as the pictures on the website. I can very much recommend Nordic Knots.

SHEDS NONSTOP!!! Recently ordered the Boho 8' x 11' wool rug which arrived in August 2023. It is not Sept 2023 and it is CONSTANTLY SHEDDING! It has clogged my vacuum cleaner canister over 12 times! My house constantly looks dusty now. I have contacted the company in hopes that they will allow a refund. ADDENDUM: Company reached out, will see if shedding subsides over the next few months. They did offer alternate solutions if it does not improve
