GBLove the rug and its a decent price… Love the rug and its a decent price point but after two years I've noticed it's not holding up as much as my other (more traditional, more expensive) rugs. Every few inches a spot on the rug is shedding and looks worn out. Socks and clothing items get stuck to it very easily so I have to vacuum it fairly regularly.

GBNordic Knots is 10/10 Melissa in customer service at Nordic Knots was so lovely to work with. She was quick to respond, helpful, and even advised on my space when I sent photos. She also was nice enough to apply a Black Friday discount to a rug I purchased after the fact since the original one didn't fit in my space. She was incredibly friendly and made me want to order from Nordic Knots again. The quality of the rug is also amazing - you really get what you pay for.

NLIf you're looking for a rug - this is the place This company offers beautiful rugs of high quality that are well crafted. On top of that, their customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The service is great not only when it comes to receiving the products but also in returns, and I find this to be a very important thing in a company. As a whole my experience with this company was excellent and I highly recommend it.

GBSuperb Customer Service I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion. I should like to thank Leonora for her superb customer service - prompt, efficient and polite.

GBPoor quality and terrible customer service I ordered two runners from Nordic Knots. The first one was good and then I received the second one which was crooked, extremely cheap looking with loose knots and threads all over. But the real frustration started when I wanted to return it, they took 1 week to send me the return label and issued the refund 2 weeks after they received the rug and deducted a "restocking fee" for a defective item. They will never get my business again.
