SHEDS NONSTOP!!! Recently ordered the Boho 8' x 11' wool rug which arrived in August 2023. It is not Sept 2023 and it is CONSTANTLY SHEDDING! It has clogged my vacuum cleaner canister over 12 times! My house constantly looks dusty now. I have contacted the company in hopes that they will allow a refund. ADDENDUM: Company reached out, will see if shedding subsides over the next few months. They did offer alternate solutions if it does not improve

They were very understanding of why I needed to make an international return, and refunded me in a timely manor... have since offered to discuss colour samples with me so that we can get it right next time. 5 stars.

Beautiful rugs We spent months trying to find the right rug for our bedroom, and when we received our sample of the Park rug in Dusty White, we knew we'd found the perfect one. The color brings warmth to our space, and we love that it’s made from natural fibers—the wool is so soft! The experience was seamless from start to finish and delivery was fast.

Superb Customer Service I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion.
