Affordability and Great Customer Service I was in search of an affordable, yet durable cement custom firepit that was able to store the propane tank inside. I spoke with Michael Eastin multiple times and he was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to colors and durability. We were very happy with our Beton Round Concrete LPT Fire Pit and added the burner cover and wind guard. Not only did it come with the lava rock but we received a discount due to their current sale going on. Thank you Starfire for your service and quality! We will definitely be recommending your products to others! I will post pictures as soon as the patio furniture comes in and the setup is complete!

Very happy - but we bought 3 times too more than needed. The selection, product, delivery and service were all great! However, we should have called though before purchasing to make sure our fireplace was compatible and should not have gone with the recommendation on several sights regarding how much to buy for our size fireplace. We ended up purchasing 32 lbs but can't use more than 5 lbs for our brand fireplace. Ended up being a very expensive 5 lbs!

Stellar Customer Service This is a review of my customer service experience with this company. I'm a fire pit novice, at best. I had a custom fire pit fabricated by a third party. The fabricator makes wood fire pits, but said it could be adapted for natural gas, and recommended Starfire for the gas connection and burner components. My Starfire customer service rep was Chip Davis. The custom and collaborative nature of the project led to MANY phone calls and emails with Chip. He was unfailingly courteous, friendly, patient, and insightful. As a novice finding my way, I really appreciated his guidance. The parts are on their way to me, and I know they will work out great. As a business owner myself - I really appreciate good service. My note to management - KEEP HIM.

Great Customer Service My firepit was a complete DIY project. Problem was that I really didn't know what I was doing. I had many, many questions about using propane as fuel. Scott Nunes was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the construction. He made spot-on recommendations and provided all the technical information that I needed. Firepit Scott Nunes helped me with the firepit that I was working on. I have been contracting for 18 yrs and never have I done a firepit using propane. It's either been gas or wood.
