Great Customer Service My firepit was a complete DIY project. Problem was that I really didn't know what I was doing. I had many, many questions about using propane as fuel. Received gas burner kit without logs Received gas burner kit without logs. Customer Service told me that the logs had not been manufactured yet, even though Starfire Direct's website showed the parts as being in stock. Customer Service could not give me a date when the logs would be manufactured & shipped. After I posted a review on Yelp & BBB websites Starfire's manager called me and told me the logs would be delivered the next day. I did receive them.
