I love my Valance I ordered a valance for my kitchen, and I absolutely love it! it’s made of high-quality fabric in pairs perfectly with my other decor. When I noticed a button was missing, I contacted customer service, and Todd was more than happy to help me out and shipping me a couple of extra buttons at no cost to me!

I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service!
