I ordered a quilt and shams but failed… I ordered a quilt and shams but failed to update my shipping information. The product was on its way to my previous address as of yesterday. I spoke to Todd in Customer Service and he was excellent about everything. He stated he would check into it with FedEx and try to reroute it. He stated he would call me back the next day, which is today. He just called me and was able to get the product routed to my current address. He was probably the best Customer Service Rep. I’ve ever spoken to. Patient, thorough and professional. Thanks Todd and Lush Decor I will be back to shop again.

Todd Bergman - Best Customer Service I have ever received I recently had an issue with bedding I purchased from Lush Decor. I called after hours not expecting to get a return call. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Todd Bergman the next morning. He could not have been nicer or more helpful than he was. He went out of his way to correct the issue and personally checked my next order to insure there were no issues before shipping it out. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.
