GBBeautiful I absolutely love these curtains. They arrive in a soft packaging and then folded inside a nice thick zipper bag. There really is no wrinkles and the opening to put your rod through is large enough so it can accommodate a larger or perhaps thicker rod. The design of leaves are very pretty and deliciated looking and the print does not over whelm the room also the combination of the buttons which I'm hooked on and the different top color comes together for a nice balance and contrast.. This is my third set however my other ones are with no design they are also beautiful .I love this brand and I would highly recommend,

GBgreat customer service was a bit concerned when I had an issue with a valance I purchased. I wrote the company and immediately they sent a replacement. they were courteous and efficiently delivered the replacement promptly. I received communication throughout thr process. wonderful company where customer satisfaction matters. thank you! I will choose you again and again.

GBThe return process is unorthodox The return process is unorthodox. They do not send a return label, instead request that you do so and communicate tracking information. The shipping label is paid for by you, the customer. Would not order from again.

GBI just want to let you know about your… I just want to let you know about your customer service representative Dana Machette. I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service! One thing my friends and I discuss fairly often is the lack of customer service anymore!
