Comfy mattresses for our Airbnb I ordered several mattresses for my Airbnb home but after all the setup, I had to return 2 twin size mattresses and purchase another queen instead. Despite it being a while, Sweetnight was able to take the return and refund me the full amount. Also, I did quite a bit of mattress shopping and the Sweetnight mattresses are comparable with some other brands, but half the price! We sleep well and everyone that stays at our airbnb compliments the comfort of the beds.

12" Sweetnight Mattress… We ordered our 12" Sweetnight mattress from Amazon. It came yesterday morning, and we promptly removed it from the box and placed it on our bed frame. It appears to be very well-constructed, and the detail on the top of the mattress is really impressive. I did contact Sweetnight with some questions prior to ordering the mattress, and they responded quickly. This mattress was purchased for my wife. She slept really well on it the first night and was delighted with the comfort.

I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. By the way the mattress is great, best I've ever had.

Great customer service and great… Great customer service and great product. I ordered the wrong mattress and Sally, with customer service was awesome at solving my issue. The box was very damaged but Sweetnight's packaging is amazing with no damage to the mattress. We are extremely happy with the mattress we received and it filled out the full 10" in the middle as expected, 9" around the edges in approximately 12 hours. We will purchase again from this company.

Poor UX, Bad CX Poor user experience (no confirm details screen before the order is processed?) leading to Impossible customer service. Have had to contact service center nearly ten different times to first try and cancel and then try and get a shipping return label. No proactive outreach. Have had to fight and claw for each response. Customer service is friendly on the phone but I don’t think he has any back office support. Why is it impossible to get a return label? Shouldn’t be this hard.
