Beyond incredible This company is incredible. They went above and beyond just to make sure my order was perfect. I had uploaded an image that was poor quality and they made sure I uploaded the higher quality image before printing. I appreciated that so much. Definitely will be customers for life!

All around great experience! The website was easy to use. The prints are beautiful. One of the prints was wrinkled upon arrival (nothing they did wrong, juts shuffling in the box) and I inquired the best way to remove the wrinkle. I received a prompt response with advice to remedy, with an offer to replace the item altogether if I wasn't completely satisfied. The remedy worked, and their prompt response and great customer service was appreciated.

amazing customer service I submitted the wrong picture for my canvas prints and I clicked for help with my order.. I was thinking because it was a custom print that I wouldn’t be able to change the picture.. I didn’t have to call or message anyone to change it! I was able to go to my order and change something at the click of a button. Then customer service reached out to me to see if my new photo looked okay on my canvas. LOVE THAT!

Above and Beyond I sent a message to Smallwood Home asking if I could split an order, and have one shipped to a dear friend and the rest to our home. Autumn and Ashley were answering within minutes and went to work to make things happen. More than I could have EVER expected. This company knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! Ashley changed the frame color to fit the scheme of a Fla home and even made sure to apply a coupon code that had expired the day before. I said in a recent review, that Smallwood Home makes adventures into memories in our home. Now, I can compliment the ladies of the company for EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you Ashley and Autumn. Beautiful photos & excellent customer service I contacted Smallwoods about a photo of my son from 2014, he passed in 2022. I wanted it to match an order I made with them last year. They were all so kind and the photo turned out beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service. Kindness is free and means so much If you’re on the fence about ordering, do it. You won’t regret it.
