Beautiful photos & excellent customer service I contacted Smallwoods about a photo of my son from 2014, he passed in 2022. I wanted it to match an order I made with them last year. They were all so kind and the photo turned out beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service. Kindness is free and means so much If you’re on the fence about ordering, do it. You won’t regret it.

amazing customer service I submitted the wrong picture for my canvas prints and I clicked for help with my order.. I was thinking because it was a custom print that I wouldn’t be able to change the picture.. I didn’t have to call or message anyone to change it! I was able to go to my order and change something at the click of a button. Then customer service reached out to me to see if my new photo looked okay on my canvas. LOVE THAT!
