GBMother's Day gift for my wife Mother's Day gift for my wife, I selected the photos for the frames and emailed their support staff. In a matter of minutes, Natalie stepped in to help me coordinate one of the photos that was blurry. Resent the file and had some changes made to mirror an image. Very quick and professional. 10/10 def will buy more because of that type of service.

GBIf you were thinking about it, DO IT. I have used them a few times. Beautiful, quality prints and quick shipping. This past time I received a picture with a crease in the middle and emailed customer service a couple pictures and Within… idk 15 minutes they wrote me saying they are shipping me a new one right away. Cant say enough good things

GBBeautiful photos & excellent customer service I contacted Smallwoods about a photo of my son from 2014, he passed in 2022. I wanted it to match an order I made with them last year. They were all so kind and the photo turned out beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service. Kindness is free and means so much If you’re on the fence about ordering, do it. You won’t regret it.
