IEThe worst customer service I have… The worst customer service I have received from a team. After them continuing charges on our account for months, I stepped in to stop all payments moving forward. Despite this, they renewed our annual subscription as we didn't use the specific term 'non-renewal' despite an email thread highlight we no longer used the software and didn't want any more payments to be made. There are much better tools, and I'd expect at the very least, for a customer service team to not purposely ignore a request like this for something as trivial as not using the right word.

GBCan't test product, support is lacking I haven't even been able to test the product yet since for the past 5 weeks support has been kicking my ticket back and forth to each other with no answers or solutions. They keep making the same requests for changes which is extremely annoying. Everytime someone passes my ticket off to another member it feels like I have to start all over again and they don't bother to see that what they are requesting being changed was already requested (and completed) in the past. The product looks promising. But as I haven't been able to test it out yet I can't comment on the funcationality.

PHUser-friendly and awesome support! Reply.io’s customer support is just amazing! Their team responds to queries as quickly as they can and is fully knowledgeable about the product. The sequences features are super intuitive and user-friendly as well, even if you don’t have the experience in creating your own sequence, you can easily understand how it works. What I like the most about Reply is the improved deliverability rate. I used to have a similar software in the past using the same email addresses and mailbox but the deliverability is low, when I used Reply.io, the deliverability score doubled! I hope Reply gets to improve more of its functionalities and UI soon!

GBStellar! As a former support rep for an app that has over 2.5M daily end users, I know the struggle is real... for both users and reps. The Reply support team has exceeded expectations and been incredible so far. We do have a dedicated CSM, but the people on the front lines of live chat seem to know the tool inside and out, can handle the more technical questions, and are able to respond in a flash no matter the time. They're also kind and patient, even when the questions are redundant or never-ending. Awesome team - your hard work is apparent and much appreciated!
