Great value for the money. Delivery was great, unboxing experience was great. Followed the instructions and the mattress inflated as promised. No weird smells, no stains. Honestly, great for the price. I personally prefer a firmer mattress and this one is a bit soft. However, I'm not waking up with aches like I did with my last mattress. I have chronic back pain and this one has not been giving me any back issues. Very comfortable otherwise.

Bedstory is one few beds… Bedstory is one of the few beds I can sleep in with my bad back, that is also available to order online in a box. Super convenient and worth the price. Fast shipping and delivery. There was an exception during shipping but it was shown in tracking exactly what was going on.

I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good! Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me. I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Skeptic I purchased this topper with a considerable amount of skepticism, all doubts have been quelled. This topper has made an old worn-out mattress (literally) feel like a brand new luxury model. I'm highly impressed, it's a winner thank you.
