I sent three different emails pointing this out and received no response about how this could be fixed. The charge went through the day after the order but a month later we still have not received the mattress pad or any response to our emails.

Buyer Beware Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware
