Scam company I never do reviews, but felt like I had to for this one. Scam company. Please do not buy from them. I recently bought a smiley face rug, the quality is bad (faded and patchy) and is not like the advertised photos.They are then saying that in order to get a refund, then I have to pay over £158.99 for shipping back, when I paid £24.99 for the product. Who is going to do that? I have asked for 90% refund back (so not even full amount) and they are refusing to do anything, keeping going round in circles and repeating same lines about 'satisfaction being important to them' and now they say that I have to do shipping myself (which again will cost me more than the product). I wish I had looked at reviews beforehand, but unfortunately I didn't, so please be wary of this company.

Scam Scam. Ordered the middle size of drawers organizers. Would only fit children’s underwear. Asked for a return. The system calculated posting fees of 143 pounds. Emailed the company. Still waiting for a reply after a week. Planning to go to small claims court. PS after this review, the so called customer service team did get in touch, offering to post the items back, paying for postage (myself) or a refund of 30% of the purchase, keeping the useless items.

Customer service Ordered items after seeing something which appealed to me on Instagram ad. When products arrived, sadly packaging had not been good enough to prevent one item from having been ripped and others squashed. However, the customer service in dealing with this was great. Items have ordered are practical and if looking for something quirky then this is a site to consider.

Very pleasantly surprised! I was somewhat hesitant to order from this site, seeing it only on facebook, & knowing there are multiple scam sites there. So I was truly pleased at the quality of the comforter/throw/bedspread I ordered when it arrived. The colors are compelling and the design seems to be well constructed (read: machine embroidered). The only reason for withholding a 5th star was how long it took for my order to arrive... over 3 weeks.

The company was responsive to my needs… The company was responsive to my needs via email and made things right! I am pleased with the product only wish i got larger than 10 gallons and it’s working well and looks nice in my open living kitchen area; i am in and out of the drawers so far where i have my doggie supplies on the way to the porch—colors would be nice like a ocean blue or turquoise—I’m happy and i was able to put it together myself which is a rarity for sure! I was happy about that!
