I was very concerned before the chat that the mattress I was interested in might have been tried out and returned/exchanged by previous shoppers. I loved the diagram as to how the mattress was constructed and all materials listed that made up the different layers. I also was glad to know of the firm to soft scale and where the mattress fell on that scale. probably the best benefit was the return policy. I have purchased two mattresses that were not returnable so my hope here is that \3rd time is a charm.
