Live chat cut me off 1st time and took over 30 minutes 2nd time while chat rep "looked into it" with no response. E-mail to US Mattress with competitor advertisement attached was reponded with formated "We'll be in touch as soon as possible". I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.

Noone would answer the phone on Sunday Noone would answer the phone on Sunday, for Customer needed advice about a King size mattress, prior to purchase??! A simple Plush vs. Firm mattress diferences would have been fine, but the Automated Answer Machine just leaving New Customers Hanging on Hold, while Irritatingly Repeating the "same message terrible customer service message : Hit 1 to Stay in the Que or Hit 2 for a Call Back!" Neither US Mattress 1 or 2, Where Not Answering any phone calls over the weekend of 3/11 & 12/2023. Terrible Customer Service Award Goes to you!!

Disappointed all around I was disappointed to learn that US Mattress no longer carries my mattress. So I chose another one, of course three times the price. Again disappointed. In the past US Mattress has always had great quality mattresses at reasonable prices. Apparently they have gone the way of so many others, over charging and under delivering, because 1 day after my order was confirmed I received an email that my order was cancelled: “We cannot ship to New York due to some sales tax issues within our company. Your order has been cancelled.” I’ve never heard of such a thing. And if you cannot deliver to NY why would you not make that clear from the beginning and not waste my time. So I went to my trusty Amazon and found a similar mattress for less than half the price. We’ll see if it’s any good, but at least if it shows up it’ll be better than US Mattress.

Good deal with affordable price I've tried to compare the same product with other businesses. US Mattress offered the best one. I bought their mattresses in 2017 and still use them now.

I felt overwhelmed at first, but Cooper made me feel very comfortable sorting out how to proceed. He was very professional, polite and informative. He really knows his products! When I'm ready to order, I'll return to US Mattress and ask for Cooper C!
