Little rocky during the beginning of… Little rocky during the beginning of the purchase process but in the end it all turned out well. Initially you refused to deliver the product to my office (20003 zip code) address. Total madness!

Ask for signature on delivery Great selection. Great quality. Complaint is about shipping. I paid $60 for FedEx and there was no specification that a very expensive light should be signed for. It was dumped in a basement mail room and went missing for several days. This was not mail. It was FedEx and should have at least been brought to my door. I blame FedEx and shipper for not specifying the package ($600 light!) should have been handled more carefully.

Shipping was quick island lights and items packed… Shipping was quick and items packed well. Measurements a tad off so fixture a little smaller but still works. No discounts offered not even free shipping-so made it a big decision after 600 days with no power after Hurricane. I watched these for months- never a sale! All that said Lights perfect for my space!
