I ordered 2 large roller shade blinds… I ordered 2 large roller shade blinds for the bedrooms. I wanted to see the quality before I ordered shades/blinds for the rest of our home. From my first interaction with CityShade for questions and the samples, to the delivering of my shades has been top notch. Questions were answered quickly and samples arrived in a couple of days. The shades are awesome and easy to put up! Very pleased with the quality of the shades but also the customer service! I will be ordering the rest of my shades through them feeling confident that I will receive great quality at a reasonable price with great customer service!

We had a great experience working with a CityShade designer who was invaluable in helping us navigate the site options and make the best plan to decorate our home! The ordering process was super streamlined/simple, products are priced for value and the valence we purchased is a great product! One thing we did that turned out to be a great decision was to order free samples of the different fabrics were considering - holding/seeing the fabric is different from looking at an online image! Unfortunately, after we had put in and paid for our order, we found out the fabric we chose had been discontinued. We ended up subbing out a new fabric WITHOUT a swatch and although we're happy with the end product, the fabric on the wall is different enough from the photo online that it's just not what we planned on. Doesn't mean we're not happy, but it was enough of a surprise to mention.

A real person The person to person contact is the most important aspect of dealing with City Shade. Just knowing that a real person is on the other end makes the experience worth it.

Everything with this order went…better than expected! Everything with this order went smoothly...from assistance with placing the order through on-time shipping and delivery. They did everything they said they would. The drapes are beautiful and made in the USA! I'm very pleased with my purchase from this company and would recommend them.
