Just for reference we did our entire house with new high-end hardware flooring, and from order placement to delivery they kept me updated the whole time. Additionally, we made some nonstandard requests to ensure our selection of flooring color was right and the team was more than happy to accommodate. Best business team I have worked with in years, when you reach out to contact them email or phone they always "immediately/same day". Being my background is in retail and distribution channel, I can say hands down these guys are legit! I am recommending them to everyone, first class service. Thanks to Dylan, Jacob and Andrew !!

GBBest online flooring company I cannot recommend this company enough. THEY ARE AMAZING. I took a long time picking my floors and when I finally did, I ran into some huge issues (product issues outside of Lumberjack Direct’s control). Jake was my savior in getting everything resolved. He took care of multiple flooring shipments/returns. To say he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied is truly an understatement. It’s hard to express in this review how grateful I am! HUGE thank you to Lumberjack Direct!

GBDeliver Broken Products and Won't Replace Them Their website states a promise that they will provide a complete refund if a customer isn't satisfied with their flooring for any reason. The flooring arrived on pallets which were significantly damaged. The delivery driver and I inspected and took photos of all the damage. We counted 8 boxes of flooring that were badly damaged. When I contacted Lumberjack Direct to get replacement flooring, they said that I needed to use the damaged flooring for cuts and that they wouldn't replace anything unless it was damaged so badly that it couldn't be used at all. Then they tried to say that only one box was damaged despite not being onsite and not believing either the shipper (who was at fault) nor their customer (me). Please beware! This promise is a lie and their customer service is terrible.

GBSaved the day Found the Armstrong flooring we needed to complete our sunroom remake. Not only found it but it was much less per square foot than the other online store I managed to find the exact color at. Armstrong was bought out so the products were no longer available at big box stores and the color we needed seemed even less available online. Delivery was smooth and no damage to any of the boxes
