Great Experience!! Communication was awesome and process was super easy!! Price was great! I needed to delay delivery a bit before my project was ready and they accommodated me perfectly. When I requested the delivery, it was shipped promptly and was right on time. Delivery guy was great and put it right in the garage for me. Excellent experience all the way around. Would definitely buy from these guys again!!

Great customer service!!!! Andrew worked very hard to accommodate my needs on product, price and delivery! I'm impressed with delivery as well! Chaz took time to bring my delivery into my home for me and was courteous and professional. In this day and age great customer service needs acknowledged and Andrew provided great customer service! Lumberjack underpromised and over delivered!! Very happy to get my new flooring!!

Lumberjack Direct is legit My experience with Lumberjack Direct was super positive. I purchased 1200sq ft. and it was delivered with in a week. The quality was exactly what I expected for my budget. I had one box that was damaged and a few color variation issues with a couple boxes. Lumberjack direct understood my issue and resolved it immediately.
