I shopped local and online for gas logs… I shopped local and online for gas logs when converting our wood burning fireplace. After a lot of research, decided on Real Fyre Rustic Oak logs, burner and remote for pilot and ordered from Blazzing Fire because of great price. Order came promptly in just a few days, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Not being handy, our hvac guy installed in about an hour. We absolutely love our fireplace now. Beautiful and realistic fire at the click of a remote!

Excellent Customer Service Blazzing Fire has excellent customer support. This is MOST important in today's world, and it is RARE. I had an issue with a product I purchased. I emailed customer support and received a timely response. My issue was addressed and corrected to my satisfaction with professionalism and speed. Ordered 7 days ago Ordered 7 days ago. Was notified that item was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days and would receive shipping notification as well as tracking info. To date, I have received nothing. Update: Company contacted me same day this review was posted and provided tracking info. Unfortunately, the package sent via USPS was lost. A replacement sent through UPS finally arrived on December 2, 2023. Order was originally placed on Novemeber 12, 2023.
