Pilgrim products and good service I purchased a Pilgrim Fireplace Screen, wood holder and tool set. The product is very high quality and looks great. The fireplace screen arrived with some visible damage on the handles which occurred during shipping. Both Pilgrim and Blazzing worked with me and agreed to send replacement doors, since the handles were welded on. I received the items very quickly, at a competitive price and their customer service quickly resolved the issue with damage. Very happy.

Excellent Customer Service Blazzing Fire has excellent customer support. This is MOST important in today's world, and it is RARE. I had an issue with a product I purchased. I emailed customer support and received a timely response. My issue was addressed and corrected to my satisfaction with professionalism and speed. In any business, there will be an occasional issue that needs to be addressed but if it is handled quickly and fairly, I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you Blazzing Fire!

Ordered 7 days ago Ordered 7 days ago. Was notified that item was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days and would receive shipping notification as well as tracking info. To date, I have received nothing. Update: Company contacted me same day this review was posted and provided tracking info. Unfortunately, the package sent via USPS was lost. A replacement sent through UPS finally arrived on December 2, 2023. Order was originally placed on Novemeber 12, 2023.

Good customer support. I purchased a Vestal vented ash dump door just before Christmas. The product arrived promptly but turned out to be of such poor quality that I couldn't even use it. I give Vestal zero stars for their quality but Blazzing Fire gave my money back including the shipping costs so that was the next best possible outcome.

am glad i have a working remote now but… am glad i have a working remote now but the battery that was included, was the wrong one and I spent 30 min trying to fit that into the slot. Luckily I had the right battery and it worked. Overall a good experience but would appreciate a bit more attention to detail.
