I shopped local and online for gas logs… I shopped local and online for gas logs when converting our wood burning fireplace. After a lot of research, decided on Real Fyre Rustic Oak logs, burner and remote for pilot and ordered from Blazzing Fire because of great price. Order came promptly in just a few days, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Not being handy, our hvac guy installed in about an hour. We absolutely love our fireplace now. Ordered 7 days ago Ordered 7 days ago. Was notified that item was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days and would receive shipping notification as well as tracking info. To date, I have received nothing. Update: Company contacted me same day this review was posted and provided tracking info. Unfortunately, the package sent via USPS was lost. A replacement sent through UPS finally arrived on December 2, 2023. Order was originally placed on Novemeber 12, 2023.
