I emailed customer support and received a timely response. My issue was addressed and corrected to my satisfaction with professionalism and speed. Excellent customer service When my order was lost in the mail, I reached out to Blazing Fire to get an update on my order. Since it was delayed somewhere they did not hesitate to send a new order out to me using a different postal carrier. The second order arrived on time and I was able to complete the project. I shopped local and online for gas logs… I shopped local and online for gas logs when converting our wood burning fireplace. After a lot of research, decided on Real Fyre Rustic Oak logs, burner and remote for pilot and ordered from Blazzing Fire because of great price. Order came promptly in just a few days, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Not being handy, our hvac guy installed in about an hour. We absolutely love our fireplace now. Beautiful and realistic fire at the click of a remote!
