While we did have some accidents with some of the pieces, the customer service to replace the pieces was fantastic. I've already recommended them to friends and family, who always comment on the set and it's quality.

Great Customer Service Chess pieces are beautiful! A couple arrived broken and RadicalN Ltd was quick to resolve the issue. Replacement pieces were sent, even a couple extra that we didn't ask for. The correspondence was efficient and the follow ups were impressive.

Twice as Nice! My former daughter in law purchased a set for my son who is an avid chess fan. Almost immediately, my 3 yr old grandson dropped 4 of the chess pieces breaking them. When I learned about what had happened I decided to try and find replacement pieces on line. I decided the smartest thing to do was contact RadicalN directly and explain the situation. Customer Service responded within 24 hours asking for photos of the broken pieces, which I offered to purchase replacements for. After some communication to confirm what was needed, I received a package containing the replacement pieces needed as well as a few extra pieces for back up! All were sent without any additional charge. I am so grateful! I repackaged the complete set and presented it to my son a second time for Father's Day! Great product and excellent service The product and service we received from this company was excellent. One piece was damaged during shipping, but Radicaln was quick to sort it out and get another piece shipped quickly and without issue.
