Generally excellent On the whole, I received prompt responses to my queries and helpful advice on how to return my rug. It's hard to get an accurate fix on colours via digital images and I'm very fussy about colour, so it wasn't quite what I wanted. They were very helpful with detailed information on how to return the rug but have been slow to confirm that I'll be getting a full refund.

I purchased a semi antique rug so i was expecting a bit of ware and tear but there is a noticeable defect, a small burn in the rug, it would have been great to have known about it before.
