Also, one end of the rug was scrunched up during the rolling (how hard is it to roll up a runner that is less t than 3 ft wide?) and as a result, the rug is badly creased (and it has not relaxed yet, even after a week).

Beautiful rug I've bought several wool rugs from eCarpet, and all of them are well-made and exactly like the photos. In fact, the most recent one I bought is even prettier than depicted, as the background color changes subtly with the light. I can't stop admiring it. (The only problem is that I'm running out of rooms for new rugs.) In addition, I feel secure when I purchase from this company, as I know I will receive a beautiful, durable wool carpet that never needs airing in advance and is shipped and delivered quickly to my door.

Beautiful rug, fantastic customer service I ordered a rug for my cabin where I do not live full time. I was able to perfectly coordinate with customer service for delivery during the week I was there (thanks Alex!) and the rug is just beautiful.
