Bait and switch! I ordered a heater for my hot tub. The site clearly stated the name of the brand name part with a pic of the heater. What I received was a universal heater without sensors that looked nothing like the pic shown and described on the US Parts Center site. I could have bought that universal heater else ware online for $30 less. My emails to US Parts Center requesting a return have gone unanswered for more than a week now. I just want them to right the wrong. Not Happy!

I called four times and never got the information that they promised to give me. IIpaid for faster shipping and the pump was not even shipped before the time that It was supposed to have arrived. Rod should work in the warehouse where he doesn’t have to help or “Not” help customers.

Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. They don’t have a phone number on their website for a reason. They don’t return emails. Can’t get an RMA out of them for an exchange. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.
