GBI called looking for an air button for… I called looking for an air button for a 30 year old hydro bathtub. I'd shopped locally and gotten no help, My expectation was low. However, your inside sales person found exactly the correct part (I was exacting in terms of dimensions) which I purchased and installed. This saved me from having to replace the tub that in and of itself would have been difficult to duplicate. I appreciate your apparently vast catalogue of parts. But I sincerely appreciate the effort by your sales person to help me locate the correct part. Keep that guy; raise his pay.

GBIf I could give them a lower rating I… If I could give them a lower rating I would.I've been trying to return a pump that was never used,within the 30 days specified by their return policy,and can't get a reply.Prior to discovering that my existing pump was repairable I contacted them with a question about the new pump,they replied days later,with a curt,rude response. What a kook show.

GBThe guy Rod that answers the phone has… The guy Rod that answers the phone has a bad attitude and wants to blame his poor level of service on the pandemic. I called four times and never got the information that they promised to give me. IIpaid for faster shipping and the pump was not even shipped before the time that It was supposed to have arrived. Rod should work in the warehouse where he doesn’t have to help or “Not” help customers.

GBStill not working- I sent pictures and everything stating I had a circulating pump on my spa and gave you the Chip version in the picture. I ordered the Board per your online advisor saying that was "Easy Peasy!" I received a Motherboard that states "No Circ pump", I also paid $40.00+ for 2 day shipping ordered on a Monday and didn't receive until Tuesday the Following week? That's 7/8 days to me! I tried putting the board on in case you guys knew better. Nope "No Heat" and one of my main pumps runs 24 hours a day? Maybe someone could Help Me? Dave Johnson 916-416-7499?. Thank You!

GBSame exact situation Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!
