Do not order!!!!! We ordered brake claws december 2022. December 2023 they were broken. We called and explained the thing. We could send the old ones back, and we could get 50% money of the new ones. We did send the old ones to them. But in a normal box, not a box of them. Now they can’t/ want do anything for us

The guy Rod that answers the phone has… The guy Rod that answers the phone has a bad attitude and wants to blame his poor level of service on the pandemic. I called four times and never got the information that they promised to give me. IIpaid for faster shipping and the pump was not even shipped before the time that It was supposed to have arrived. Rod should work in the warehouse where he doesn’t have to help or “Not” help customers.

Good Value We sent in pictures of the part we needed & staff was kind enough to review & make recommendations. The delivery was via FedEx, which we like, & the parts fit perfectly. Our questions regarding the status of our order were promptly answered.

Same exact situation Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.
