I ordered this last week an still have not even received a shipping date -- nor any other communication except this survey request.I really enjoyed ordering it -- especially when it asked me to pay extra to assure me that the shipment would be replace if it arrived broken! GBorders and customer service really poor It is notnice to have to stay for almost 30 minutes at the phone just to order a product and to be hosted from a mashine, tiryng to sell us more and more items, plus its really tricky, you cAn“t really understand what they are offering. About the customer service: The people sound like the maschine. Absolutly cold and repeting like from a book, coldest people I ever had in a customer service line. I didnt receive my Pressure cooker yet but I am hoping it is good and not like the service, very poor if not bad.

GBGreat Cooking Tool I'm not very experienced with cooking but so far I have made rice pilaf and mac and cheese as well as the frozen hot wings. It couldn't be easier or faster and food tastes great, the rice is tender, I am looking forward to trying more recipes!

GBRobot Attendent/Salesperson Makes for Confusion True to internet form, this company wants to cut costs by having a robot take your order and then asking 50 questions to hopefully get you to upgrade what seems to be a good deal. Robot got my order dead WRONG, then it took 4 phone calls to get it corrected. We will see results after billing and receipt of goods.

GBI never received my pressure cooker. I do not have a number to call and check on my delivery date. I ordered my pressure cooker on the phone with a customer service representative. I have not received my presure cooker. i have not received an email confirming my order or letting me know when I will receive the item. I did not like all of the additional sales of other products when I only wanted to order the pressure cooker. My expeience has been totally unacceptable. If I do not receive the pressure cooker soon I will write a letter to the Better business bureau. I hope to receive the pressure cooker as soon as possible. Please email me what your research finds.
