Could have been better. Well, I purchased the product directly from their website... I ended up paying $129.98 including shipping(which takes about 2-3 weeks). Not even 2 days later, I saw an ad online that was advertising the same exact product for only 79.95 with free shipping. Not only was the shipping free, it was also express delivery 5-7 business days! Needless to say, I will do my homework next time in order to avoid over paying and being ripped off.

Lousy service Why would you send me a survey. I ordered this last week an still have not even received a shipping date -- nor any other communication except this survey request.I really enjoyed ordering it -- especially when it asked me to pay extra to assure me that the shipment would be replace if it arrived broken! What a ding-bat notion./

Looking forward to faster meals I am very excited to start using my pressure cooker. I am trying to find more recipes for this type of cooker but not having good luck as all other recipes call for high temps then turn down to low temps, I don't know how to do that with this cooker. Any suggestions are welcome. I really do t want this to sit in the cupboard because I'm limited on meals.

A great discovery I was a little skeptical at first but being able to cook a meal in such short time made experimenting with this very appealing. I have very little experience with pressure cookers in general but so far I have not had any issues. I just wish I had more recepies.

Lousy service!! I made my order August 16, 2014 and still have not received the Pressure Cooker XL Very un-happy with your service. Thinking about cancelling my order and go with another company that will produce the product! Oh by the way will be contacting the BBB.
