The store is well stocked, immaculate and has great variety of merchandise. You are guaranteed to find something you need or want. I love this store, although prices are higher than others, they always have periodic sales if you have the opportunity to wait.

GBQuality Products but Poor Experiences For the most part the staff in the stores are not very nice to work with. There are a few good ones (mostly men), but overall the staff and managers are persnickety and think they are better than you. You are not treated well. Just not usually a fun experience. Return policy is beyond ridiculous. If you can't bring something home to try at high end prices, then it generally isn't worth trying it. I have 3 or 4 items that are brand new I would have loved to returned a year ago. They are in the closet and cost well over $500. Products are the best, most excellent quality, but shopping experience is far from excellent.

GBThese $2,000 sheets are not worth the … These $2,000 sheets are not worth the hype and they cost a fortune. Sales girl told us to take them home, wash them in cold, sleep on them for a couple nights and if they were too stiff to wash them again. We ended up washing them a dozen times trying to break them in and they were just awful. Surely enough when I called to complain and request a return, we were denied because we already washed them (seriously???). Worst purchase I've ever made, feel like the biggest sucker ever!

GBDisappointing experience BTS did a great job of making the sell, but the customer ended there. We had questions relative to a large promotional sale that began just days after our purchase (and we asked our salesperson if there were any upcoming sales and she assured us there were none) and every level of management that we attempted to speak to was evasive, none responsive and rude! It was clear that the company motto was sealing the deal of the sale. It was a very disappointing experience! I have additional bedding that I'd still like to obtain, but find it extremely difficult to return. Hoping that my experience was an isolated one.
