GBHappy With the Purchase Got my Vinotemp 156 bottle wine cooler from Costco. So far it has provided more storage that my Wine Enthusiast wine cooler, and thought it’s larger, it’s a lot quieter. The dual zone is an excellent feature. I can’t speak to the accuracy temperatures, I like my whites chilled at 50° and my reds at 58°. I’ll get an independent thermometer to how accurate the temps are. Happy with the purchase!

GBVinotemp Motor Noise Vinotemp layout is difficult, the bottles in the back are hard to retrieve. Biggest complaint is the noise in the motor when the Compressor kicks on. Hard to describe but best description is it sounds like Whales communicating with each other. I did open a ticket, but asked to record the sounds which is quite difficult. Send a Technician or we may have to return our purchase.

CANo Service available in Ontario, Canada When we ordered new kitchen cabinets, I had purchased Vinotemp 32 bottle wine cooler. After 5 years wine cooler stopped working. I called Vinotemp and inquired about the repair facility in Toronto, Canada area. The technician gave me 2 names, and unfortunately both companies do not repair Vinotemp wine coolers. I called many Appliance repair companies, and so far could not find any that work with Vinotemp. So if you are in Canada (Ontario), DO NOT BUY VINOTEMP. We are left with useless appliance now, since we cannot find another wine cooler that will fit the space. Very disappointed with the service.

GBReplaced old Vino and new one working great Had a 15 year old machine fried by the power company not knowing how to upgrade street transformers. Bought replacement and enjoying it. Slightly smaller than old, but the metal shelves are more forgiving to the various sizes of bottle, hence we're actually storing about the same amount as before. A few months in, and it's all working great.

GBVinotemp Excellent Customer Service. I had a high temp alarm with our VinoTemp wine cooler we bought from Costco about 6 years ago. I contacted them via their online chat tool and the technician (Richard) helped narrow my search, provided some repair sources and sent me the service manual. I was able to locate the bad component and called him back to help verify and order a replacement part. He gave me some tips on disassembly/reassembly and the part arrived within 4 days of placing the order (even with a pandemic going on). I can't say enough good things about their service and support. Customer for life!!
