CRAfter care is horrible After care is horrible. My new gas cooktop was missing 2 of the rubber bumpers off the grate when I received it. It was reported immediately by the installer. I was told it would take them 22 days to be received in country. More than 3 months later I have not received the parts. I have been told they are not a common warranty item and are hard to get. We asked them to give us some off a display in the showroom and the answer was no. I have had to resort to cutting up a silicone baking utensils to make a spacer for the grate so I can use half of my cooktop.

CR(LaCuisine Costa Rica) - Updated Review Had an issue with order/installation and then spoke to Chris who was extremely professional and accommodating. I went into it extremely agitated and he completely diffused the situation to where I left feeling happy. Very good CS by him and his staff and I would definitely recommend using their company.

GBI love it I love it! Fit and finish are excellent (as is expected from Henckels). I really like the pivoting base for easy access from anywhere on the countertop. Unfortunately, I'll have to modify it to accept my second Henckels cleaver (I have both meat and vegetable cleavers), but I knew that before I ordered it, so that's no reflection on either Henckels nor La Cuisine. Overall, I'm really happy with it. (did I mention that the finish is really nice?)

GB5 star customer service For a great price and free shipping I was able to get my favorite Italian appliances for much less than buying them locally. 5 stars for customer service and communication. The shipping company got it here 2 days later than promised and charged La Cuisine $50 additional to put the correct address on the shipment. 2 stars for those trucker guys, but again, La Cuisine covered the $50 address correction and called me to update me on progress so that I was not bothered with it. Another 5 stars for that. Thanks, La Cuisine Appliances!
