GBI bought 3 of 2-door freezers in … I bought 3 of 2-door freezers in September, 2017. 2 of them are working good, but 1 has never been good. The temperature has been over 10F, no matter how I tried to make adjustments. I had my own technician to call the company trying to get hold of their service department several times, but never get any answer. The service of this company are bad.

GBExcellent Buying Experience I bought two 3 glass door freezers from Vortex. The price was great, they were shipped free and I received them fast! They look fantastic. I've had them for about a month now and have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend buying from Vortex Refrigeration.

GBIt's not a very high-quality freezer It's not a very high-quality freezer. I have other units that I paid much more for in the past and I've never had a problem with I have to manual defrost and unplug this one every 2 weeks. There's also a leak in the gasket around the windows that we had to have replaced within 2 months of buying the freezer. We definitely have to watch out and make sure that are products don't suffer with the temperature fluctuations that it has between it's defrost cycle. Sometimes it can fluctuate between -7 and 37 degrees within an hour without being opened. This unit is not made to be open and closed repeatedly in a retail setting. It takes forever to cool back down. I can't wait till I save some more money and buy a better one

GBI've been calling vortex and emailing… I've been calling vortex and emailing (Mike the service manager specifically) for a while and havent gotten a response. We ordered a part for a refrigerator on the 7/2 and paid for the part. We received no tracking info and the part is still not delivered and Mike wont return our calls. It's been almost 2 weeks with no update. I just spoke with Angelo and he explained to me the delay, there seemed to be a lapse in communication with the shipping company and me. The good news is the part is on the way!

DEPurchased 2 freezers and 1 refegiratorn - Buyer Beware Purchased 2 freezers and 1 refegirator. From righ when we received them we have had nothing but problems with all 3 units. Freezers were not calibrated from factory correctly and keep freezing up. Additionally, the refrigerator has been having an issue cooling down now and we cannot get anybody from Vortex to support us in getting a service company out. Vortex is not helping with getting us one. Their support is not good and they do not follow up with you. These units have been under warranty for a year and I am afraid of what will happen out of warranty. There are a lot of other products to check out and I would stay away from this company in the future.
