One of the main things I was assured that should the unit need service, either under warrantee or not it is locally readily available. Beautifully wrapped so as NOT to sustain damage enroute.

Great Kegerator! Great Experience! Ordered my kegerator on a Monday, had it delivered by Thursday. Got a dent in shipment, but company was easy to deal with and we decided to keep it at a discount. The kegerator is great quality for the money - comparable competitors were sometimes twice the price! So far I am very happy with my purchase!

This was my first time buying restaurant equipment and I will definitely come back to vortex. The manager made the experience great and he was helpful with any questions I had. Excellent Buying Experience I bought two 3 glass door freezers from Vortex. The price was great, they were shipped free and I received them fast! They look fantastic. I've had them for about a month now and have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend buying from Vortex Refrigeration.

Terrible Terrible. Bought a pizza table that broke down after 1 year. When I called they said call a technician because they only cover the compressor after a year. Also, the representative or manager(if you can call that a manager) was having an attitude. What kind of product that are new can’t even make it 5 years without problems? Go somewhere else with better warranty and customer service.
