GBNo one home It would have been nice to get an estimated ship date when the order was placed. When I tried to call the automated voice told me to go to the internet. Why do they have a phone number if no one is there? Frustrating!

GBKendra Petty's service is EXCELLENT!! We have bought a good number of equipment from Shortorder. In every case, the service including information about the equipment, shipment tracking, billing, and everything was very professional and very clear. Whenever we had problems: wrong item delivered, bent equipment received, thank god we got help from Kendra Petty. Her excellent responsive disposition makes it for sure that we order again from Shortorder.com. We have two concerns however: The shipping company employees do not want to give us time to inspect the item before accepting it, and the high frequency of damaged equipment that we have to return. So it seems to me that shipping issues needs some addressing.

GBGood buy, poor experience! To be honest, I could give Short Order 5 stars, but my experience starting at the factory was poor. They shipped it a week later than was first stated. When it was shipped, it apparently was delayed a little by snow. (No one's fault!) When it arrived, one of the doors on the two door freezer was broken, and it had to go back. I don't blame any of this on Short order, because they are just the ones that are handling the transaction. They were very apologetic and offered me my money back or to reorder. We are trying again.

GBMisunderstanding. Company made it right I ordered a Beverage Air bar back BB72Y-1-B refrigerator. I assumed based on the picture on shortorder's website that it came with a countertop. It did not. Company accepted a return with full refund. Good people. Would do business again.
