High quality bathroom vanity setup This bathroom vanity setup included everything I needed. I was pleased to see it was made of good quality hardwoods and plywood. I had a slight issue with one of the faucets but customer stepped up and sent me the replacement part. Totally transformed our bathroom for a reasonable price.

high quality and fair prices I was nervous about ordering bathroom vanities on the internet for our new house, but had a wonderful experience with Homeliving. 2 vanities arrived with no damage, lovely granite coutertops and sinks. They are both stunning and look like I spent a lot more than I did. Would recomment this to anyone looking for high quality at fair prices!!

wonderful customer service. i ordered a clock in may. within a few days customer service emailed me that it was out-of-stock with the manufacturer and wouldn't be available till september. i was given the choice of canceling the order are keeping it and receiving a 5% discount. i replied that i would wait if she was sure the item would actually be available then. within hours i received an email in return saying that the c.s. rep had personally phoned the manufacturer and been assured the clock would ship in september. the last week of august c.s. emailed me that the clock had shipped and gave me tracking info. it arrived yesterday. it's not often that you find this kind of follow-up and concern from a company, and it was really great.

Stands behind their products I ordered 2 lamps and discovered that one of them was slightly defective, the post of the lamp was crooked. Customer service asked that I submit a written claim with pictures to show the defect. I did so by email. I was worried that they wouldn't agree that the defect was serious enough to warrant replacement, but with no further questions and no cost to me, they sent me out a new lamp that I received within 6 days of my initial claim, and sent Fed Ex to pick up the return package at my home. I love my lamps and they are perfect!

Long delay and poor communication, lack of urgency. Ordered our 90inch vanity and after almost 2 weeks was told there was a defect and would only be available a month and half out. We ran into this with another vendor and similar run around. Poor communication after reaching out about possible options - finally asked for a refund - got an email within minutes with a refund invoice. Then followed up with "Let us know if you need anything" ... seems a bit backwards, but probably common practice (allowing people to order products they say are available but not... seems like industry standard, sad) Off to the next one!
