GBLong delay and poor communication, lack of urgency. Ordered our 90inch vanity and after almost 2 weeks was told there was a defect and would only be available a month and half out. We ran into this with another vendor and similar run around. Poor communication after reaching out about possible options - finally asked for a refund - got an email within minutes with a refund invoice. Then followed up with "Let us know if you need anything" ... seems a bit backwards, but probably common practice (allowing people to order products they say are available but not... seems like industry standard, sad) Off to the next one!

GBwonderful customer service. i ordered a clock in may. within a few days customer service emailed me that it was out-of-stock with the manufacturer and wouldn't be available till september. i was given the choice of canceling the order are keeping it and receiving a 5% discount. i replied that i would wait if she was sure the item would actually be available then. within hours i received an email in return saying that the c.s. rep had personally phoned the manufacturer and been assured the clock would ship in september. the last week of august c.s. emailed me that the clock had shipped and gave me tracking info. it arrived yesterday. it's not often that you find this kind of follow-up and concern from a company, and it was really great.

GBMy mistake I made a whoopsy. I put in my billing info instead of shipping info when buying but I didn’t realize this yet. I get a call to schedule delivery and I’m so happy! Next day comes around and I get a call from my mom “Why am I getting a bathroom vanity to my house with your name on it? Early b-day pressent?” Darn. The delivery guys refused to come to the right address even though I live 7 blocks away! So I called Home Living and like magic, 5 minutes later, guess who shows up at my door? (Hot) delivery guys. My husband told me that most companies would charge for rerouted delivery location but not Home Living!

GBWell worth the wait!! We had ordered a bathroom vanity that took a while to come in. I called Customer Service and Danielle was wonderful. She kept in touch with me as to when the order would be in the warehouse and then when it would be shipping to me. It was very calming to know that someone cared to keep the client informed and not cancel the order. When the vanity arrived and we opened the box, it was well worth the wait!! The picture online doesn't do it justice. I am so glad that we used Home Living Style and when we are done with the this bathroom, I will be using Home Living Style for my next room. You can't beat their service!

GBRoyal Treatment I was really impressed with how I was treated at HLS. It was my first time purchasing furniture online and I was very nervous about the process. Kimberly @ HLS was really helpful answering all my questions and following up on when to expect delivery of my vanity, During installation, I noticed a knob was missing from my vanity. I called HLS and they had one sent out to me, free of change, the same day!
