GBDisapointed Still waiting for my order which is going on three weeks. Called the number for Pantry Paratus "talk to a real person", should state talk to a real person on the answering machine. Left a message and no one ever contacted me, this has been over a week ago. Received an email stating that my order was being shipped directly from the factory, so I guess this means don't bother us, not our problem.

GBPoor communicaton Not sure why, perhaps to their re-organizing but very poor communication. Order was acknowledge promptly but then nothing for almost 2 weeks. This was a drop shipment, but still seemed inappropriately quiet. Contacted Pantry Paratus by email and then left a phone message a day or two later. Next thing I got from them was the tracking number for the order and that's all. Glad to receive my product but poor communication. Probably would not use them again.

And all it takes it a quick conversation with Chaya at Pantry Paratus to help me select the best products for ME. When I chatted with Chaya a few weeks ago, she steered me to the less expensive pressure canner of the two that I was considering to buy. How many other business owners will try to get you to spend LESS money? Needless to say, I'm a customer for life!
