Great products and impressive people! I couldn't be happier with Pantry Paratus. They are a great company and offer great products but, the thing that really sets Pantry Paratus apart, is the management. My order had some delays shipping (due to the supplier) and Chaya was responsive, attentive, and altogether a great person to work with. Early on, it was very clear that she really cares about her customers. Though you never hope to run into problems, this is when you can best tell a company's merit. Pantry Paratus and their dedication to their customers is top notch; I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

Customer Service at its best! It's one thing to say the customer is important, it's entirely different to treat each customer concern as if it's the most important issue in your business. Poor communicaton Not sure why, perhaps to their re-organizing but very poor communication. Order was acknowledge promptly but then nothing for almost 2 weeks. This was a drop shipment, but still seemed inappropriately quiet. Contacted Pantry Paratus by email and then left a phone message a day or two later. Next thing I got from them was the tracking number for the order and that's all. Glad to receive my product but poor communication. Probably would not use them again.

Well I let another one get underneath … Well I let another one get underneath me. While searching for a chop rite grinder on the internet I avoided the retailers that said "out of stock". Pantry Paratus said "in stock" so I pulled the trigger and ordered it. Then here comes the email saying it is out of stock and will ship direct from manufacturer, in about 2 weeks. That was 11 days ago. We'll see what happens. One thing that did happen, my credit card was charged instantly. All this tells me they are likely one of the thousands of outfits that stock nothing, just run a slick website that looks like a retailer then ship direct from manufacturer. It worked though, they got their 1 and only sale out of me.
