When I chatted with Chaya a few weeks ago, she steered me to the less expensive pressure canner of the two that I was considering to buy. Fantastic!! I'm first time customer. Ordered a case of Red Feather butter. A few of the cans appeared to had leaked in shipping from distributor,( not Pantry Paratus). Called Pantry Paratus and spoke to Chaya personally. Had replacement three days later.

Great products and impressive people! I couldn't be happier with Pantry Paratus. They are a great company and offer great products but, the thing that really sets Pantry Paratus apart, is the management. My order had some delays shipping (due to the supplier) and Chaya was responsive, attentive, and altogether a great person to work with. Early on, it was very clear that she really cares about her customers. Though you never hope to run into problems, this is when you can best tell a company's merit. Pantry Paratus and their dedication to their customers is top notch; I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
