GBI received what I ordered, fast I love having soft butter... ready, not waiting till it finally gets soft. I ordered 5 full size Butter Keepers for me and a few for gifts. I also ordered heat diffusers to use on the stove for glass or ceramic - Bed Bath & Beyond didn't have them & couldn't find them on their internet!

GBGreat company with great customer service. I ordered a knife for my grinder and either I ordered the wrong item or I was shipped the wrong item by mistake. Nevertheless I made one phone call to customer service explaining my situation and two days later I received the right item through express mail. They were great at understanding and were very pleased to help me. I am now one happy customer. I will be doing business again with Pantry Paratus.

GBDisapointed Still waiting for my order which is going on three weeks. Called the number for Pantry Paratus "talk to a real person", should state talk to a real person on the answering machine. Left a message and no one ever contacted me, this has been over a week ago. Received an email stating that my order was being shipped directly from the factory, so I guess this means don't bother us, not our problem.
