GBI ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024… I ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024 and sent 2 emails asking for arrival dates and have received NOTHING except, "How are we doing". You tell me how you are doing! Unsatisfied customer. Mike

GBFit like OEM Easy ordering, prompt delivery. I was highly skeptical of this third party filter for my KitchenAid refrigerator. At the price point I thought I'd give it a try. It fits perfectly and tastes the same as the brand name filters I'd been using (obviously not scientific by any means).

GBI ordered a filter over a week ago I ordered a filter over a week ago. I have not received any e-mail about when the item will be shipped, and have not received any response to my two e0mail requests about the shipping and date of delivery.

GBCross your fingers and hope you get your order!! Communication with your customers is terrible. I made a purchase in late December and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out via email numerous times requesting the status with no reply. This is bad business.

GBFive Stars for now Price is right. Ordering is easy. Delivering time reasonable. Communication from seller during the whole process was excellent. Five stars. Ordered these for reserve. When time to replace and it fits and works fine, Ten Stars.
